Killington Royal Flush is a small privately owned business. We offer our guest a great experience in the Killington region by offering accommodations right near the mountain.

Whiffletree Condominiums are centrally located in the heart of Killington’s main basin area. Not only are you a stone’s throw from the mountain, you’re right in the middle of the action for Killington’s infamous nightlife. In season, the shuttle runs for first tracks until sundown between Whiffletree condos to Snowshed lodge. Enjoy being so close to some fabulous restaurants.

Killington Information

Nestled in the scenic Green Mountains of the Appalachian Trail, Whiffletree condos are just one mile from Killington Ski Resort and only a few minutes from its sister resort Pico Mountain, so you won’t have to go far to go downhill. Biking and hiking trails are nearby, lakes for stand up paddle, along with more than a few championship golf courses.

 

The quaint mountain towns of Rutland, Woodstock and magnificent Queechee Gorge are only a short drive away by car. Spend an afternoon wandering through museums, browsing for antiques or participating in a wine or cheese tasting. Then, enjoy an evening savoring your favorite craft beer at our local breweries and eateries.

Skiing & Snowboarding

Killington Resort elevation of ‘4241 sits on 3,000 acres in the heart of the Green Mountains in Central Vermont. The Resort boasts more than 70 miles of diverse snow sports terrain spread out over six peaks and offers the most expansive lift network in the East, including two high-speed gondolas. Killington Resort has one of the longest ski seasons in North American, typically open early November through May.

Fantastic Hiking

Choose from all different difficulty level trails – Choose Deer’s Leap at Sherburne Pass, Gifford Woods State Park, or Kent Pond for an easy day of hiking. For those who want something a little more challenging there is Bald Mountain, Blue Ridge Mountain, and New Boston Trail. Want to really try out your hiking boots pick the most difficult of trails with Bucklin Trail and Sherburne Pass Trail.

Killington Resort Golf Course

Geoffrey Cornish designed this course to take full advantage of the awe-inspiring mountain terrain. Killington’s rushing snowmelt streams and elevation changes make for an exciting and strategic long game. And also try the unique and challenging course design features of Green Mountain National.
